Order progress in-app Defect traced in 5 min

600,000 lines of code, written to make the lines predictable.

Since 2023 our general manager, Cui Wei, has led a team building our own production management system. Two years of work have gone into 60 万 lines of code covering screen printing, hot stamping, high-temperature firing and glazing and more than 20 process steps. It is not "buying software": every step from raw material coming in to finished goods going out is recorded live — what each machine is doing, what each operator produced, and the process parameters of every batch, all linked together. The system has also travelled beyond our own plant: two companies in Guangdong now use it.

What it changed

Four improvements a third party has verified

These figures come from the Xuzhou Daily report of 11 September 2026, which checked them with the business during reporting.

Four things you can put to work on your side

  • Order progress visible in our mini-appCustomers follow order progress and check production quality in real time. When your own customer chases, send them a screenshot instead of going back to a salesperson each time.
  • A defective piece traced in 5 minutesWe can point to the batch, the operator who packed it, the time, the machine, the person responsible and the inspector. This used to take about 3 days.
  • Several quotation scenarios for different margin targetsThe system breaks the cost chain down automatically, including freight and incidentals, so you can pick the scenario that fits your target margin — and quote different markets differently for the same production run.
  • Colour and process parameters archived end to endColour records, process parameters, first-article approval and in-process sampling are all archived. A reorder can reproduce the same conditions as the original batch, which is what "reorders come out the same" is actually built on.
On the shop floor

What the system runs on

  • Large screen in the officeMachine status · operator output
  • Order progress · inspection records
  • Shop-floor operatorScans a card, the work order loads
  • What the operator entersThe output figure, nothing else
  • Data bound to each batchBatch · operator · time · inspection result
  • Cost accountingFull cost chain split automatically
  • Customer background modulePublic records · supply-chain links · social reviews
Customers are given access to the system. Order progress and production quality are things you look up, not things you have to chase.
One real trace

160,000 essential oil bottles, 2,000 with faint print, traced in 5 minutes

A batch of 160,000 essential oil bottles was shipped to France. 2,000 of them had faint printing. Under the old way of working, pieces leaving the same process step are hard to attribute to a person, and tracing that kind of defect took about 3 days. This time the system produced every field in 5 minutes: the batch, the operator who packed it, the time, the machine, the person responsible and the inspector. The shop floor has left management by experience behind — production requirements, packing requirements, colour records, process parameters, first-article approval and in-process sampling are all covered by the same trace.
