Stock bottles: onto the line, not onto a waiting list.

We specialise in glass bottle decoration and run and control multiple production lines at several glass plants, so bottle supply and scheduling are not limited to a single factory. So that customers do not wait on bottles, or tie up cash to reach a minimum order quantity, we hold general-purpose stock bottles ourselves and draw on the production-line and supporting resources of Xuzhou Mujing Packaging Products Co., Ltd. (the value-added business entity under the same "Kaijing" trademark). That is what lets small batches and urgent orders go into production quickly. The table below lists the types we keep; for the full range, the quantities held and the decoration each type can take, email us for today's stock list.

Stock bottles (partial list)

Under "usual decoration" we show what each type is normally decorated with when it comes from stock. "Status" shows whether it can be taken from stock today. The complete list and the quantity held of each type are confirmed against the same-day stock sheet that comes with a quotation.

How to use stock

Three ways to work — pick the one that matches your situation

Traders arrive in quite different situations. Some have a bottle type specified by their own customer and have already bought the bottles. Some have not fixed a bottle type yet and want us to solve it end to end. Some want to sell first and settle the packaging afterwards. Stock covers two of these; the third needs a mould or a matched bottle type.

  • Our stock bottles + our decorationStock bottles we hold go straight onto the line, which gives the shortest lead time. Types outside the stock list are sourced through the lines we run and control. This suits a shipment that is already late, or a first small batch used to test a market.
  • Your bottles + our decorationYou, or your downstream customer, buy the bottles and send them to the plant. We take over from goods-in inspection to finished delivery, with the same process quality and the same record-keeping as when the bottles come from us.
  • A specified bottle type, sourced separatelyFor a type that is not in the stock list, we match it to a line among the multiple lines we run and control, or source it through the other entity under the same "Kaijing" trademark. Lead time and minimum order quantity are quoted for that bottle separately.
Why it matters beyond the decoration

Why traders ask whether we hold bottles

  • No cash tied up to reach a bottle minimum order quantityQuoted on the decoration run
  • No waiting for a bottle production runStraight to scheduling
  • Urgent and repeat orders can be insertedSee sampling & lead time
  • Changeover cut from 1 hour to30 minutes
  • Production issues per month5-6
Quantities held change daily. Treat the table above as the types we keep, not as a reservation — the stock sheet that comes with your quotation is the binding figure.
