Sampling normally takes 1–3 days, and inquiries are answered the same working day. We deliberately do not publish a fixed mass-production lead time: decoration combinations and blank sources vary too much between projects, so we quote a schedule per order. Daily capacity is 200,000 pcs / day, scheduled and tracked by our in-house system.
The seven steps, and the two gates that matter
Deep processing rarely fails in production. It fails because the first article was never properly approved. So we build two mandatory approval points into the process and archive their results, which is also what makes reorders reproducible.

- STEP 02Process assessment & quotationWe quote against your target margin. Cost, freight and incidentals are broken out line by line, and multiple scenarios can be supplied.
- STEP 03SamplingPhysical samples for complex or shaped bottles; colour matched to your Pantone reference; multi-colour film prepared in-house. Colour results are archived.
- STEP 04First-article approval — mandatoryMass production only starts after you approve the first piece. Its parameters are recorded in the system.
- STEP 05Scheduling & productionAutomatic scheduling. Operators scan a card to pull the work order; machine and operator data is captured live. Changeover takes about 30 minutes.
- STEP 06In-process sampling (continuous)Sampling records are bound to the batch inside the same system.
- STEP 07Shipment & trackingCustomers follow order progress and inspect production quality in real time through our mini-app.
Factors that change lead time
These are the variables that actually decide whether a promised date holds — and each one can be settled at quotation stage rather than discovered during scheduling.
