Q1Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a decoration specialist. The legal entity is Xuzhou Kaijing Glass Products Co., Ltd., and the plant is at Shangguo New Plant, Mapo Town, Tongshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. There are four workshops: automatic, semi-automatic, decal and packing. We contract multiple production lines and hold in-house bottle-blank production capability. Every decoration step except spray coating runs on lines we own or contract.
Q2What is your MOQ? Do you accept small batches?
We are set up for mass orders and repeat business, and we also take semi-automatic and sampling orders. The practical minimum depends on the decoration combination, the bottle shape and where the blanks come from. Send us the shape, quantity and process and we'll state the MOQ inside the quotation rather than leaving you to guess.
Q3How do I follow order progress? What if something is wrong?
You can track order progress and inspect production quality in real time through our mini-app, without chasing a salesperson. Every batch is recorded, so a defect can be traced to the goods batch, the packing operator, the production time, the machine and the inspector. In one case 2,000 poorly printed bottles out of an order of 160,000 were located in 5 minutes, where the same trace previously took about three days.
Q4Can we visit the factory or ask for an audit?
Yes. On-site visits and live video walkthroughs can both be arranged — tell us in advance and we'll set it up. We can also provide process documentation for your own QC team.
