What we collect on this site, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. Deliberately short.
First-party analytics, and what you send us
- Analytics (first-party)Session identifier, pages viewed, time on page, referring page, screen width and IP address. No cookies, no device fingerprinting. The IP address is used to look up an approximate location (via a public IP database, which receives the IP only), so that we can tell which region an inquiry came from and whether it was an automated submission from a data centre.
- What you choose to send usName, contact details, company and channel type, target market and your requirements.
- What we do not recordWe do not record the text you copy to your clipboard — we only count that a contact detail was copied. We do not record forms that were not submitted.
Two purposes only
- Answering your inquiryQuotations, sampling arrangements and technical questions.
- Improving this siteSeeing which pages are actually useful.
- What we never doWe do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties, and do not use it for advertising. This site loads no third-party tracking scripts. (The one exception is the IP location lookup described above: it sends the IP you browsed with to a public IP database, and nothing else.)
Visit detail 180 days, then aggregates only
Visit records are kept for 180 days. After that the detail is deleted and only monthly aggregate statistics without full IP addresses remain, so that we can still see long-term trends. Inquiry records are business correspondence: after 180 days they are moved out of the active dataset into an archive rather than destroyed, and they are also synced to our customer records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. This runs automatically on our server every day.
