Eight decoration processes, one supply chain.

Every step below except spray coating runs on lines we contract or own. That matters for two reasons: fewer hand-offs means fewer places for a schedule to slip, and one point of accountability means you are not chasing three suppliers when something goes wrong.

Spray coating is outsourced and is not completed on our own lines. When a project needs "spray + print", we take responsibility for the overall schedule and quality, but we state plainly that the coating line is not our own asset.
The automatic workshop also runs a pre-press flame treatment stage, which raises surface energy so ink adheres properly. It is a pre-treatment step, not a decorative process, so it is not counted among the eight above.

Which process solves which problem

Buyers usually arrive with a requirement, not a process name. Here is the mapping.

Resistance to aggressive contentsEssential oils, fragrances and alcohol-based cosmetics can attack a printed layer. Firing or glazing fuses the pigment into the glass rather than resting it on top.
Dishwasher environmentsFor containers that get washed repeatedly, high-temperature fired or glazed finishes are the appropriate route — ordinary solvent-based inks are not.
Long service life without fadingAimed at refillable bottles that are washed and handled for years.
Ink that will not rub offGlass has low surface energy and ink adheres poorly. Our pre-press flame treatment stage changes the surface before printing.
Multi-colour registration on shaped bottlesOn octagonal or faceted bottles the locating reference is discontinuous, which is where registration usually fails.
Many variants, short lead times~30 minute changeover means small batches and urgent insertions can actually be scheduled.
Repeat orders matching earlier batchesColour, process parameters, first-article approval and in-process sampling are archived so reorders can reproduce the same conditions.
