Xuzhou Kaijing Glass Products Co., Ltd. operates from Shangguo New Plant, Mapo Town, Tongshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. Core equipment covers fully automatic multi-colour screen printing machines, hot stamping machines and digitally controlled multi-zone high-temperature tunnel kilns. We contract multiple production lines and hold in-house bottle-blank production capability, so blank supply and scheduling are not at the mercy of an outside party's queue. The team is around 30 people, combining process experience with software development.

Four workshops, each owning one stage
Workshops are organised by process form rather than by product, so each stage has dedicated tooling and dedicated operators.
Automatic workshop
Fully automatic multi-colour screen printing machines for high-volume, multi-colour work. Includes a pre-press flame treatment stage.
Semi-automatic workshop
Semi-automatic and manually operated lines for small batches, shaped bottles and frequent changeovers.
Decal workshop
Dedicated to decal application, and to converting firing work over to printing.
Packing workshop
Final packing and dispatch, with customer, style and quantity marked on every carton.
