Xuzhou Kaijing Glass Products Co., Ltd. — glass bottle deep processing since 2014, based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. We contract multiple production lines and hold in-house bottle-blank capability. No terminal retail: we serve import & export companies, cross-border traders and wholesale distributors only. Screen printing, hot stamping, firing, glazing and decals all run on our own lines.
What "consistent" actually means
In export work the risk is rarely price — it's variance. So we break consistency into five things a buyer can verify: capacity, quality control, process, delivery and digital traceability. Every claim below is backed by a number or a third-party source.
Contracting multiple lines, with in-house bottle-blank capability
Throughput is not capped by a single factory.
We contract multiple production lines and hold in-house bottle-blank production capability,
plus general-purpose blanks kept in stock for urgent orders.
20 lines in total, including 16 semi-automatic screen-printing and hot-stamping lines.
First-article approval is a hard gate
Nothing goes into mass production before you approve the first piece.
Colour matching and process parameters are archived, in-process sampling is recorded and bound to the batch. Reorders reuse the same parameter set. 200,000 pcs/day with stable yield across batches.
Eight decoration processes under one roof
Fewer subcontractors, fewer hand-offs, fewer things that can slip.
Screen printing (multi-colour, gradient, overlapping), hot stamping (gold/silver/coloured),
high-temperature firing, high-temperature glazing, decals, raised embossing, and PP/ABS cap
printing.
Spray coating is outsourced — we label it clearly rather than blur it.
Changeover in ~30 minutes. Defects traced in 5.
Small and urgent batches can actually get a slot.
Our in-house production management system (600,000 lines of code) cut changeover from ~1 hour to
~30 minutes and reduced production issues from almost daily to 5–6 per month.

- We do not hide the outsourcingSpray coating is the one outsourced step, and it is labelled as such everywhere it appears.
